Gregory J. McElroy

Senior Director of Administration

Greg McElroy is the Senior Director of Administration for the Center for Audit Quality (CAQ), a position he has held since soon after joining the CAQ in November, 2012. In his role, McElroy oversees the CAQ budget and finances, contracts and procurement, facilities, information technology, human resources, and office management. McElroy joined the CAQ from the government contracting firm Serco-NA, where he spent three years as the Director of Talent Acquisition. McElroy began his career with JP Morgan in the operations function, completing the Operations Training Program and serving in various supervisory and management positions before moving into similar roles in human resources and recruitment. Subsequent positions at Deloitte, Towers Watson, KPMG, and Northrop Grumman have afforded him significant experience navigating complex, matrixed organizations addressing policy development and implementation, budgeting and staffing, organizational change, procurement, and work/life issues. McElroy is a graduate of Georgetown University.
