Dessa M. Bokides has over 20 years of financial experience in large corporations and leading investment banks. Most recently she was Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of ProLogis, a $17 billion S&P 500 Industrial REIT, where she was responsible for worldwide corporate finance including accounting, corporate strategy, credit risk management, information technology, internal audit, investor relations, tax, and treasury.

Prior to joining ProLogis, Ms. Bokides was Vice President-Finance and Treasurer for Pitney Bowes, Inc. where besides treasury functions she headed long-range financial planning, worldwide pensions, tax, enterprise risk management and corporate budgeting and forecasting.

She was the Global Head and Managing Director of the Rating Advisory and Capital Strategy Group, as well as a managing director on the debt capital markets desk for Deutsche Bank and the Head of Commitment products for Goldman, Sachs & Co. where she served on the firm-wide risk steering committee and advised companies on funding strategies.

Ms. Bokides received her M.B.A. from Columbia University Graduate School of Business and her B.A. with honors from The Colorado College in Colorado Springs.
