CAQ Executive Director to Share Views as LinkedIn “Influencer”

Friday, January 17, 2014

Washington, D.C – Center for Audit Quality Executive Director Cindy Fornelli today joined a select group of thought leaders participating in LinkedIn’s Influencers program.

Launched in October 2012, the Influencers program offers LinkedIn users a chance to hear from and engage with prominent voices from across the economy. Other “Influencers” include Jamie Dimon, Bill Gates, and Sallie Krawcheck. As an “Influencer,” Fornelli will share her perspectives on public company auditing and corporate governance policy issues, as well as viewpoints from her career as a securities lawyer, a working mother, and non-profit board member.

“LinkedIn’s Influencers program has proven itself a dynamic platform for commentary and dialogue,” said Fornelli. “I look forward to participating in the program as a voice for the public company auditing profession.”

Fornelli’s first post “Chasing Perfection in Corporate Disclosure” appeared on LinkedIn this morning.
